Pedro
Amorim
My name is Pedro, born and raised in Portugal in 1977 and moved to Norway in the autumn of 2010. In April 2011 I opened my private practice in Norway.
Through the years, I’ve worked with individuals and collaborated with Rosenborg Ballklub, Britannia Hotel, Solsiden Spa and The Thief Spa.
I have been a Shiatsu Therapist since 2007, an Acupuncturist since 2009 and from April 2016 I qualified as a certified Rolfer® from ERA (European Rolfing Association) in Munich, Germany.
Since then I have invested in continuing education related to my practice.
Rolfing® has had a great impact on my life. It gave me awareness and a better perception of my own patterns. Suddenly I could feel my feet having support from the ground and slowly that change was traveling up towards the head.
The changes that started in my posture and awareness started spreading to other parts of my life.
Together we work towards finding greater support and trust in the body with better alignment, ease and balance
Realizing the potential impacts of Rolfing, I couldn’t just be a witness and stay on the receiving end of this work.
Becoming certified as a Rolfer has allowed me to help people to increase their awareness and perception of how they stand, move, walk and sit.
Life changes when you face the horizon instead of the ground
